After a week at Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort, I can confidently say it's a top pick for a relaxing beach getaway. the attentive staff went above and beyond, even surprising us with a thoughtful gift basket. the location, right on the beach and near a pier, was ideal for unwinding and exploring nearby restaurants. The high-end finishes in the spacious rooms, along with the comfortable beds and stunning views, made our stay truly memorable. We enjoyed the beach/pool bar service and the opportunity to indulge in the Spa - a perfect way to unwind after a day of activities in Sunny Isles Beach. We are already making plans to return! While the location was a highlight, unfortunately, some guests experienced issues with their rooms and customer service. Ensuring a seamless experience for all guests, from room amenities to staff communication, is crucial for maintaining the hotel's reputation. Despite these hiccups, the potential for a great stay is there, especially for those seeking a relaxing beachfront retreat.
